Common questions

Questions members ask before applying

Direct answers to the questions we hear most from people considering the Vault.

Do I have to disclose my real name and photos to apply?

Yes — our matchmakers and members all use real names and real photos. That's part of what keeps the Vault different from apps. Your information is held under strict confidentiality and never shared outside our team or with members until you both opt in.

What kind of person joins The Love Vault?

Adults who are accomplished, intentional, and over the swipe-and-ghost cycle. Most members are in their 30s, 40s, or 50s, balancing career and life, and ready for a relationship that complements both.

How long does an average member search take?

Every search is different. Some members meet someone within their first three introductions; others take longer because their criteria are more specific. The point isn't speed — it's getting it right.

Do you accept everyone who applies?

No, we don't. Membership is selective, and we say no kindly but firmly when an applicant isn't the right fit for our community or our process. That's part of how we protect the experience for the members who are.

Can I pause or freeze my membership?

Yes. Life happens. Members can pause their search at any time without penalty and resume when they're ready.

How do you handle privacy and data?

Profiles are stored securely and never sold or shared. Photos are visible only to your matchmaker until a mutual interest is established with another member, and even then only at your direction.

Ready to meet your match?

Apply privately. We'll be in touch within 48 hours to set up a confidential conversation. No pressure, no commitment — just a real conversation about what you're looking for.
